i actually always figured this was true, because obviously they log that a character with name X was deleted then 1 min later a guy with the same name is made and on the same account

Yeah, but a lot of people thought this was the case, believe it or not. You could find it in almost every guide.

Well, i had a Tauren warrior level 53, and i used a speed cheat. They banned me for 3days, then, i DID NOT use the speed cheat again, then they send an email saying that i get a permanent ban. WoW lawyer, please help out. Dun dun dun dun dan dun.....

ok here i can explain you why this doesn't work you have got banned? because you cheated or something like that they open up your characters log and look the ip adress you "the hacker " was on then they check your ip where your E-mail come from and they you will never got you account back :P. blizzard is not that stupid you know . btw this was the longest post ever seen XD

I didn't understand a word you just said.

If you're saying my method doesn't work...believe me, it does. If it didn't work, this wouldn't be stickied for 5 months and I wouldn't be elite right now. You're misunderstanding it, most likely. Read my entire unban section. Thanks.

As I explained, if you were banned for botting, then your chances are slim.

Man thanks alot , you've been alot of help, although At the moment i have the ''72 Horu and Warning'' Suspension i wont rlly send a mail to blizzard , but in the event of me getting Perma-Baned, im coming hear fro advice, all i hope now is that That Powerleveler gets me to 70 fast...so it isent noticed ....Would give rep but it seems i cant....Stupid Forum system screwed me over...
