You are not allowed to AFK in a battleground. In fact, you have to participate. Non-participation of any form, whether it's an AFK bot, AFKing by pressing the spacebar every few minutes, running around naked, fishing, killing rams/wolves/harpies, or just not fighting enemy players/capping enemy towers can result in:

-A 24, 48, or 72 hour suspension.
-Removal of all honor.
-Removal of all BG marks.
-Removal of all PvP gear gained from buying honor.

Even if you only AFK'd 10k of your honor, and you had 15k, they'd remove all 15k. Same goes with marks and gear.

So, I'd recommend you don't AFK in any BG, at all, ever, in any way. One report and you could wake up to a naked char, with no honor and marks.

So to make a long story short.. my husband plays wow on a desktop and i used to play on a laptop and we used a router, and we each had seperate accounts. One day he d/l glider for one of his alts and he liked it. I had just reached 70 on my spriest and he mentioned that he wanted to d/l glider on my laptop to help farm primals. So i said fine, wahtever, ( I work all day and come home to a energetic 2 yr old lol ) this will help me out.

Anywhoo I was getting ready for gruuls one night and bam..i got dc'd. I tried to log back on and it said that I was banned for life. So I waited for my husband to get his account banned as well and nothing happened to him! I was so pissed off. Its weird because several times he logged onto my account on his comp and botted....as well as log onto his account on my laptop to glide so... I dont understand.

Do you think theres any remote chance I could get unbanned? Maybe if I came up with some story or talked to that guy you linked that can write emails for you...idk.

After it happened, I posted my story on blizz forums and got flamed by blizz minions. lots and lots of minions... basically they told me to f*** off and go die in a fire. I could post you a link to it so that you can witness nerdrage at its worst but ... idk. Just felt like getting this off my chest I guess. Sorry meant to keep this short lol.

Imo, my account will not get unbanned no matter what I do but, I was just wondering possible reasons for mine getting banned and my husbands being just peachy.! And also good post.

I am NOT the OO of my account which was scammed from me a few months back, the character was a full s3 pally with well over 10k gold and merc glad title...

As you can imagine i was literally HEARTBROKEN >.< but i have aquired a fake ID with the absolute correct First and Last name of the OO who i have no contact with... the id cost 160 bucks... it scans and has been working almost everywhere i go... now the QUESTION I HAVE IS!!! Could i use this to pull one over on a notary public?? Or is that WAY to risky.... Do notary publics look up the id number? or do they just look at the picture and match it to your face?

I apologize for forgetting to update my guide with this.

YOU ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED TO STEAL THINGS FROM A GUILD BANK. DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU'RE A GUILD LEADER, AN OFFICER, OR IF YOU IMPERSONATED SOMEONE.

This policy changed pretty recently. But yeah, impersonation or not, it is no longer allowed. Don't do it.

Also, regarding getting an account unbanned, please read the first section of my guide. Thanks.

Why did you spend $160 on a fake ID when people on MMOwned would do it for $15 or less?

And also, just to make sure we're on the same page, link the account retrieval form you got.

You can just email the fake ID you know.

Anyway, I'd say don't bother trying to fake a notary. It is a federal offense and could land you 15-20+ years in jail if they find out. And they'd be much more likely to found it if a notary was fake than if an ID was fake.

I recently got a 24h ban from Pirox. Will I get a perma ban for the next time using AutoIt? Is it common that Warden can detect it by just running it once or twice for less than 5 minutes? Had any similar cases of that?
