Key for new account

This may be common sense to many of you but im new in scamming so bare with me.

I've been reading alot on the site this last week and everything seems pretty straight forward. There is one thing i can't really figure out though.

When i do get someone scammed and i want to move their main character to another account how do i do that best?
I know that i should make an account with the same name (only last name?) as the account where the character i want to move is on. But do i have to buy a whole new copy of the game, or can i just buy a new key?

You need normal and tbc key if its 70 you dont need to install it all over if thats what your asking im a bit comfused but ....

Hehe i know i don't have to install it all over.

I just didn't know if i could buy a key seperate from the actual game.

If i buy a new normal and tbc key (i take it this is just one key?) and register that account in the name of the scammed person what verification do blizzard require then to move a char to that account?

you will need to buy normal and tbc key, so 2 keys not one lol, and yes, it does need to be the same last name, pretty sure last name only, and then they wont need any vertification when xfering, just same surnames, cheers man
