im trying to buy something from a website with my scammed paypal money and its asking for $1 and I have like $5 so I click the link to buy then login to my account and its telling me to add a credit card even though i have well over the money needed to buy the thing. what do i do?

You're probably using an American paypal as well.

Make a Canadian one.

log onto your scammed account ~ it will tell you if you are limited, if so you need a to follow what it says, if you find it needs a CC (VCC) or bank account ~ you gotta do some reading.

ya, its been going on for a while now, you need to add a card to spend anything from paypal.
