I scammed my first account today and the guy is threating me to call the police and he says he got my IP

He can call police but police cant do anything. Only bad thing is that he have your IP.

Lol. You're in two different countries. Police in Norway don't have any jurisdiction where you live and vice versa.

Even capturing your IP won't do him/her any good except if he can really convince your ISP that you've been conducting illegal activities from, then you're screwed.

I normally recommend using a proxy or IP changer when scamming for new accounts.
