Getting my old account back

Hi, im a bit lost with all these scam etc, here we are:

I sold my account one year ago:
The buyer has:
Account name
Password
Secret Question answer
His own mail linked to the account (i confirmed the mail change for him)

What I have ( he doesnt):
Account 'Key'
Photo ID (im the original owner etc)

Can I get my account back, or not ? Thank you, I guess this is common sence, but again I really new at this.

You could get your account back. You would have to email blizzard a scanned copy of your photo and other account details. I would start off by calling Blizzard and talking to them. But instead of saying you sold your account, say it got hacked. Good luck

yeah, getting this account back wont be a problem, just call up blizz and offer them the info you have.

I'd recall it now; say you were going to reactivate it for wotlk, but it didn't work, because he had the account.
