Um, it's "thread", not "treat".
A treat is a delicious snack, like one you'd feed to an animal.
"I fed the horse a treat."
A thread is a new topic you create on a forum.

Hello. Thank you for having such a wonderful post. I have been trying to find this type of post for hours, and finally found it.
Recently, I got a 72 hour ban using a PL service. Well, needless to say, I am a little concerned about the future of my characters. I was really cautious with it, but in the end, I lost. Here is my question.
When the ban is lift off, how long should I wait till I use my account? Obviously I am not using the PL service anymore and will finish the leveling off myself. In addition to this, when will it be a good time to actually transfer the characters onto a new account? Weeks? Months?-All account actions are specific only to an account, not a character. So, if your account just got a 72 hour suspension with a final warning, you could simply transfer the character onto a new account and he'd have a totally clean record.
Any help is appreciated.

Just a Quick Question. I got permabanned a year ago and I have a new account, but I'd love to get the old one back. Is it to late to contact the AA supervisor and try saying my account got hacked, since I was banned for powerleveling?
Um, you're supposed to email AA before the supervisor. Only email the supervisor if AA turns you down first.
And as long as you have not sent any previous emails to them, then yes, it's worth a shot. I mean, the worst they could say is no, right?
You will have to work up a pretty damn good story, though. Maybe that you cancelled WoW for a year, want to come back, and see that your account is banned, and that you found a keylogger?
Well, that'll make it sound like you've had the keylogger for a year and just discovered it then.
Maybe say you found a keylogger a while back (make it like 4 days or so after the date of the ban).
Good luck.

extremely informational post man
I have a (somewhat) quick question. I've had 2 accounts banned, the second a few months after the first.
The first one recieved final warning for having a drood called Pedóbear ("Paedophilic Name"), and then got permabanned for national hatred for complaining that /1 was entirely spoken in greek. I believe I disputed both of the offences multiple times, however I always got the "Our decision in this matter stands, and will not be overturned." response.
My second account I bought a few weeks later and I found a bug out of sheer impatience while smelting that allowed you use the action of a profession using the reagents of another. I shared this with a few friends and we had some fun creating Primal Fires out of copper and Primal Mooncloth Bags out of linen. I believe we were reported, or someone else found the glitch and told Blizzard instead of shamelessly exploting it, either way they rolled out hotfixes and we were all given a 24 hour suspension, which is annoying since I think having a druid with a questionably offensive name is nowhere near as bad as this, but I digress.
I traded the account, and the person I traded with requested to trade back. This went smoothly enough, but he had messed up my char somewhat, so I contacted a GM and said I'd been keylogged and that asked if he could restore some of my items. They suspended the account for suspected compromisation and requested the usual info. They gave my account back after confirming that I was the true owner, and then they permabanned me 5 days later.
What are my chances of getting either of the accounts back? Could I realistically claim innocence for account trading on the second one? and could that possiby extend over to the first one?
Not much meaningful to say from me, but thanks for this writeup. A lot of nice info for us with banned accounts![]()
Nice thread ill try wow unbaning proces
Hey Verye, I have a question. Is it possible to get your secret question / answer changed over account and billing.
EXample:
You call billing up, tell them you were phished and all your info was stolen, and you ask if you can change, your email, your password, and your secret question / answer.
Would this work? And if so would it make it unrecallable? Idk but if you can get back to me on this via PM that'd be greatKeep up the good work Verye.
Just gave me some good ideas for getting my account back.. Thanks!
Very nice post.
