Need help x-fering char

So I have a problem with scammed account, I have all informations I created an new account and have last name and everything went well until payment process, I have money in bank and I tried 2 different cards ( visa ) and they works Im 100% sure , so everytime I try to pay for transfer it says Payment Rejected. The original owner was from China I think, so how can I do that ? Im sure I have money because these cards works for other things. Please help me with that.

Buy someone you trust, a GameCard and let them do it for you. If it works, give them the GameCard. If not, NEXT PERSON
