how to get last name.

So i recently got this druid that i really like Got all info except last name, so using my initiative went to a white pages site and found what seemed to fit perfectly to the name... i activate a new account and try to xfer my char and it says the target count is not eligeble O_O Sucks balls....anyone got any other ways to 100% definitely get a true last name, i have 1 more account that i can set up....please help dudes?

If you have access to his/her email you could see the last name from there :P
