Does anyone know if it is possible to transfer a character while an account is temporarely banned?

I also wanna know if I could just buy a WoW CD Key, create a new account and transfer a level 80 paladin on it to sell it, is this possible or do i need to have a wotlk account for it?

You cannot move a character that is on an account that is banned.

Also, to transfer an 80 character, you need to have an account with WotLK activated on it or it will not allow the transfer.

If you haven't that much money wait a bit, after a couple of months there will be packs of Classic+BC+WOTLK.. well in germany, don't know how it is in USA

Can't do shit with a temp ban, won't even let you see the manage account page. . . How do I know? I'm temp banned right now lol
