    Ok i have a huge problem and i (HOPE) that you can help me in some way (agghh):

    In November of last year i cant enter to my account, apparently someone steal my account password (someon tell me that it was maybe when i download addons). I cant change it in that time because i have the account for more than a year so i dont even remember the phone number that i put (it was a cell phone that i have a few days). So like a month later i get two messages from blizzard of warning because someone create a lot of characters and use obscene language or something like it.

    Anyways i send a email trying to get the problem solve but they tell me that i cant do it by mail and i have to call.

    The problem is that i live in México and when i try to call i cant, so i travel to Texas and i do the call but in first place my english is bad and second they ask me for my name and the name of the owner of the account. Like i remember i put my real name (i always put my real name in everything) but i dont know if i was just worry or nervous but the guy in the line told me that wasent the same name so he cant do anything for me.

    But i dont lost hope and i keep trying to remember my phone number and sending e mails about the problem until a few week ago, when in the page i dont need to put the phone number so i change the password in that moment, but now my account is suspended because Blizzard get the emails and they need to check the ownership of the account.

    Emm, i dont know what to do, i REALLY want to get my account again, or at least change my characters to other account. Is hard for me to travel to Mcallen Texas to do a call so i gonna do it only until i dont have any other option. The email that they send me say that they need to check to take off the suspension of my account but i dont know if they gonna do it until i call o i just have to wait. I know the secret answer, the mail, the address and even the number of the card which i pay the last time, if theres a way of act please tell me and i gonna do all that i can.

    I have a normal account right now that i dont hack/scam/bot on but i want to make a second account and use Openbot on it mainly to get another healer for my guild.

    Say I make a second account with the same information as my original account and bot on it (I only have one CC.) and that account gets banned for whatever reason, so long as I'm not transferring gold/items between the accounts what are the chances my main account would get banned?

    I do only play on 1 IP as i don't have a laptop to take around with me.
    The email thing isnt a big issue i have a thousand email accounts.

    Make a thread, explain your story just like you did to me, and a GM will be able to help you.

    In your post, give a character name and its realm on the account in question. Don't give the account name itself, just a char name/realm on the account.

    It's all AA's discretion. The AA employee investigating you will make that decision.

    I'd say there's about a 5% chance that the ban will be given as "this account and all accounts with the same payment information (meaning, credit card number)", and then all accounts with the CC will be closed.

    Meaning, there's a pretty low chance that both accounts will be banned for it, but the main and almost only times they ban multiple accounts is if the CC number is the same.

    Might I recommend you simply go to your local game store, such as EBGames/Gamestop/Bestbuy, and just buying a game card?

    and im on my final warning.

    #1: 3 Hour for scamming 100 gold
    #2(This one): Final Warning for using a PL service


    What happened to all the ones in the middle?
    Can they do that?

    I have a question. So, I scammed someone. I sent the money to another account, then to another account. Both were scammed. I then sent the money to my main account. Will they ban the main account, even without proof it was me? Or will they just ban the first account?

    You just looked at my picture and didn't read what I wrote at all, did you?

    My section is dedicated to explaining that the penalty volcano depicts the POSSIBLE actions, not the EXPECTED actions.

    Meaning, penalties do not go in that order with offenses. They can go up, down, or stay the same each time you do something.

    Powerleveling is an extremely serious offense, and almost always results in either a final warning+72 hour suspension or a permanent ban.

    First of all, as I said, do not list the account name.

    You need to give a character name and realm on the account in question.
