How to keep shop items that disappear

So my heads got removed today, and I tried different things on all my chars;
Voidstorage
Bank
Disenchanting
Delete Character Then restore it
and so on, but the only way I found working were by deleting the item(s) then restore it with the website;


Remember you can only restore once a month!

As you can see I could restore it and I got the item ingame again.
This is a free way to obtain all of the heads (Save 45€)

Mount Method;

I will explain it so I won't get tons of private messages around it:
1. You get the code, you put it on US/EU.
2.
Char A => Gets the Mail (doesn't learn the mount) => You log-out and relog back in, you will receive a new sets of mount(s). (you can do this as much as you want) => adds mounts to void storage
Char B => Same as above
Char C => Same as above

3.
Char A => Gets a set of mounts (don't learn them), DELETE them for item restoration, once they get removed.
Char B => Gets a set of mounts (don't learn them), DELETE them for item restoration, once they get removed.
Char C => Gets a set of mounts (don't learn them), DELETE them for item restoration, once they get removed.

4.
All of the above characters, log out and log back in but don't get the mounts in your bags, just leave the mail there, relog back in, leave like 2 mails there with the mounts, they are in there for like 30 days.

Char D => Learns the mounts

Now you wait until they get removed by the system and you can either use the void storage in learning them again but some people complained that it doesn't work when you zone out or you use item restoration.

I really did not know it was only for 1 character lols. You can share mounts, pets from the store but not a tmog helm? the ****

Yep found the same thing today , also works with sending the BOA helms to a character on your account that ignores you, don't enter that character until you have the helms removed otherwise it will automatically send you the mail back.

BUT if you get the helm from the mailbox after you lost the purchase the helms will remain in your invetory until you phase ( I got the helm, joined a LFR and lost it..empty bugged bag slot and after a relog empty bag slot ) maybe you can test if you can keep it if you keep sending them from a character to another or add them in transmog bank.

It seems they have systems to check constantly for items purchased...

TL;DR helms are still removed after you get the items from the mail and teleport

Same thing happens using void storage. Be careful though, even after the item restore, if you keep the helmets in your bags and not void storage, they will get deleted after a few hours ( because the code is invalid )

Won't work. You will get mount back, but once you learn it and get into a loading-screen it will disappear from inv
