How to keep shop items that disappear

I deleted the items before the mini patch on EU , after it i came to find my head UN-transmoged. After that occurred, i went to the Bnet and used item restoration, i got the mail but it contained nothing attached to it.

same for my void storage :/ but I have not tried with the restoration.

Yep nothing works. Void storage and everything disappeared, and email from item restoration had no items in it, sending the BoA items to a ignored character also didn't work. Apparently the delay was to fix this issue I guess, oh well. I wonder if someone that used it last few days go to keep theirs? Or if that was removed too? Please share if you still have it or perhaps someone figure another way to keep them, even thought I doubt it lol. I still have the items+mounts deleted with other characters, gonna keep it deleted until perhaps after patch/few months to see if it might bug it and work, only time will tell anyways.

I just got the helms and a mount like 2 days ago, and they were removed.

Yea same, 1 of the helmets are still in my bag. I wish I kept the frost one and not the fire...oh well

I wonder if it works to get the codes, get the mounts in your bags, delete the character you have them on. Wait for the items to get removed by the system, make a ticket for a GM to restore your character, if they are there.

Will test it out later myself, was just curious if someone tried it out?!

I doubt anything will work(for the mounts atleast) since if you're not flagged by the system for purchasing the mount everytime you log out it will get removed no matter what you do

I still have the heart of the aspects mount but everything else has been removed.

I doubt you will have em, as many have seen this..the systems checks for store items everytime and if they can't find the receipt or something the item is deleted.

I happen to somehow have gotten to keep most of the pets in my voidstorage, but i still have them in my pet journal, but they are greyed out and i can not use the once in my void storage because i already have 1/1 collected, any clue if i can get them unlearnt somehow?
