second i got scammed of my account a while back and i would really like a US account to play on, i wouldnt use for scamming/botting and if i get it, ill try to return the favor somehow

My main account got banned (4 80's) through no fault of mine. My friend was doing something dodgy apparently, and he gave me gold. Blizzard thought I was involved in the dodgy things, and banned me. I would really love the rogue. I like rogues, and I know I would get a TON of playtime out of him. I really really dont want to level again, and my main account had all sorts of goodies on it (Vanity out the wazoo, Super Simian Sphere, Albino drakes) and I cant bare to do all that work again.

Don't have a retail account, last time i tried to get a wotlk account I was scammed out of a game card, the guy who scammed me was banned (it was in this section). I just straight up want the account to play wotlk.

I would like the account because my account was banned for powerleveling. I sent a "unban letter" to blizzard and have yet to get a response. I would love an 80 rogue.
(1) I never played the class before (I got an account from Avoidlol with a rogue but got recalled)
(2) I don't wan't to relevel again.
(3) If I can persuade my brother to me try his account, I will try dual boxing.
(4) I would rep you three times if I get the account.
(5) Well, there is no 5 but you don't need to give it to me. I can just try to bother my brother for some time on his account. But it would be very nice.
