Hey guys yesterday i just scammed one guy in about $200 he sended the money for my canadian paypal but just after the acc get the money it became limited what i did wrong? =\

Do you use a proxy? A proxy where your IP changes every time? They could limit it because of the many different IP's logging in.

I use tor but dont know if i have good config on it

Pretty much your screwed. If a US account sends money to a Canadian Paypal account your automatically limited you should try getting a VCC.

You should use a proxy. It gives PayPal a bit of a harder time limiting your account or w.e, read it off of somewhere :S .

You didn't spend the money fast enough.

If you want to spend the money, stall him.

When u got the money,can u spend them instantly or will it be limited when u try?
Or will it take some hours before paypal limit ur acc ?

As soon as the money grazes a Canadian Paypal your limited. There is no way to spend the money fast enough.
