According to the blue post the new build should be "a much more recent build than the previous one". Its worth the wait for king if he need a few more days.

is it not a waste of time ? king works 2 weeks on a sandbox all this works lost because a new patch comes and every thing has to be done again ? it seems to be an ourobouros

Looks like build 18379 is being pushed through the battle.net desktop app already. Seems that there's another ~1.7GB of data to download. Guess we'll have to wait on the update to be released until King is able to update his sandbox. This could also be an indicator of the second wave of alpha invites, which would be ideal for reversing how the game gets data from the server (packet capture).
