Can you buy things on ebay with unverified paypal balance, and then close your paypal? Will you still be able to get the item?

I don't know what you mean. If you mean that you have a negative paypal balance, then no. If you mean you have an unverified paypal account, then as long as you have the needed amount of money then you can buy things on ebay, and then close it. However, the seller will probably notice and may take action against you. Be careful.

Well with an aussie paypal, you can send money and receive money without having to get verified, (the only one atm that does that), as for having a negative balance, as long as u dont have it attached to ur bank account, they will send u a bunch of e-mails telling u to bring it back to even and will eventually close ur account. As for items, if its an item that is sent via mail, they can file a complaint and also give a tracking number, which allows them to almost automatically win the case. If u are planning on doing this, do it with something like a game card or a one time use thing.
