I just wanted to know: If someone does not have your SQ/A can the change any details?

They would need more info than just SQ/A they would also need Account name etc...

Yeah thats what meant if they had Accout name etc but no SQ/A would they be able to change Information

If they only have your account name and password, they cannot do much else than play on it. To change details I think you need to know the email adress registered to the account (you don't have to have access to it tho) and either the SQA or CD-key.
