Setting up for transferring his char off acct

So I got this guy's acc/user/pw and now i'm waiting patiently for him to log off while waiting on a trial account
I got his last name too, I just want to make sure I have this right

1) Get his info

2) Make sure you have his last name(it was his PW, and it had the same starting letter as in his account management, so i'm pretty sure it is)

Now how do I go about upgrading a trial account? can I use paypal?(i dont want to go buy the CD keys and such)

2. xf the char ( make sure last name are Same)
3. Ban the First account.
