[Revived] Persian's MarkeeDragon Rep Exchange (unbannable)

Well...as you might know, i recently had a rep thread going where i'd give you guys free rep, but some loser reported us and like 20 people got banned.

SO...i needed to make a new MD account, and raise my rep up again. I'll be running a rep exchange system again, but this time, we'll be playing it safe.

Requirements:
-A MarkeeDragon account
-A Rep thread
-15+ rep (10+ for Donators) <---sorry about this, but i have to know i can trust you.

How Will We Do This Without Getting Banned?:
Obviously, we can't post our links or any info about it here anymore SO...
1) Post here and tell me you're interested.
2) PM me your MD rep thread link. I WILL NOT POST THERE YET.
3) Wait for me to reply, i will give you instructions for what to do so we can safely exchange the rep.
4) We both have rep.

I think they are asking if the REQUIREMENT stated where it says 15 rep or 10 rep if your a donator, is mmowned rep or MD rep. I think they know the whole idea of post, but questioning requirements. I'd like to know this too, so just post with the answer.

I can't think of a true ban reason, but if I were a mod, I'd just list it as "Reason: Chronic stupidity."
