Scammed acct aftermath

Hi, I've searched the forums and I haven't found any answers that specifically answers my qustion.
Here's the question: After Ive scammed the account, and I recalled my payment from my cc company, the guy claims he will file a police report and he will file a complaint with the IC3, should I be worried about anything?

The original acct is banned, and the character is xfered to a new account.

if it's already transferred and original account banned. i dont really see what he could do because law officials arent really to sure about what to do about virtual property and stuff, but he could get you for fraud i suppose.

I'm just wondering if the law enforcements would care, since I did not actually take anything from him. It's not really fraud when he didn't lose any of HIS property right? I'm not sure, just trying to see people's opinion.

It is fraud. But it isn't enough for anyone to give a shit.
The most cops will say is, "be careful next time".
There is really nothing they can do without putting a lot of money into an investigation, and they'd rather save that for something more serious. Virtual game fraud doesn't seem to be high on their list like ATM fraud and identity theft.

IC3 can't do anything, hes basically trying to scare you into getting his account back. The guy can get annoying and send emails/phone calls but if you can just ignore him you will be fine . Lol he cant do anything unless you do somthing illegal scamming isnt really illegal...It's logical their getting scammed...Right? If you see those youtube videos that their scamminga ccounts lol thats easily noticable

Regarding to IC3 and Police reports for virtual property theft complaints. I can give you some more informations on what to do and evaluate your situation.
