Next time you should ask for a HOME phone and call him. If it doesn't match with the name on the account, just ask him why. If he can't provide a good reason, he is probably not the original owner.

At this point, all I would do is call at the number you have and ask : Does anyone with the name Tajnarine exist in this house.

Emails sometimes have full names if you look at info. Also if you do posing as a company scam, check the paypal account for the last name.
