Okay, well first, you check to see if your wowemu is FULLY loaded that means that all 3 "workers" are done.

Then you check your realmlist.wtf and make sure that's set to 127.0.0.1 (yes make it that)

Then you make sure that in your emu.key i think it's named or something similar, that it's setted up for 127.0.0.1 (to start with, you can allways make it internet playable later )

Now after these steps try connect again

I have a problem im trying to set up a 2.0.10 MaNGOS server using navicat.My question is why can i create databases?I get my connection click then click "new database" and nothing happens any solutions?

did you set your realmlist? if you didn't go to realmlist and put "Set Realmlist 127.0.0.1"

i got a noob question.... instead of downgrading your WoW can you just uninstall and reinstall the game. and if you can do that, do i still have to install 1.11.0 and 1.11.1 patches? Or do you start with 1.11.0? (Im running american93 repack, 1.11.1 server... or at least trying to run it :P

Somoene please help me i just made an 1.11.1 server it works good but Naxx isnt doing good no loot and the mobs are named"Unknown Entity"=/

And how can i make it go public for my friends so we can play together.

That's my Server.log, any ideas? I checked the SQLyog, and it is there. I checked it all. Everything is in the folders. Please help + rep if you do.

- Check if your firewall allows it.
- Check your realmlist.wtf (should be: set realmlist 127.0.0.1
- Check if all the "workers" are loaded (3 of them)
- Check if you have installed a hackpatch.
- Check your emu site: http://127.0.0.1:8080

Sorry to say, but i'm not a mangos expert, so i can't help with that :/
If this is your first time making a server, i recommend you start with using more stable cores too and maybe just try WoWemu out so you can see how it works

Yes you can install.. My CD's are 1.8.0, you can just install another WoW too if you like to Though you would probably have to do some work with it.. But yeah, if you can uninstall and install if you like to still

I havent been able to find a real answer for my question
Im a friend of a guy that has a server and he has made it public so I can join, everything is downloaded and I connect fine, and after I chose my realm (the burning crusade) it just keeps looping me between the realm list screen and the screen right before that, how do I actualy make it to making a character

please help, ive been looking for quite a while
