I have succesfully set up a 1.11 server but the GM commands wont work!!! I have put plevel to 6 and tried 7 too but it wont let me use any commands. Does anyone know what the problem is??

Here are a couple things I need help with, one is that when I followed one of the PS guides, blizzard asked me to download there patches still, is that what is suposed to happen? and the other, I got a WoW emo and I didnt extract (the famous aper for less then a seccond) but I could still run the server, why? and can you link the easiest PS guide to me?

I'm running Amrican's Repack 2.4 and I want to increase the overall xp rates. I editted the rates for mob xp and exploration xp in WoWEmu_CalcXP.tcl and WoWEmu_ExplorationXP.tcl, respectively, and they're working fine, so all I need is the quest xp rate changed. I'd rather not edit every quest in quests.scp to change the xp reward, and I can't find a formula to edit to change it. Where can it be changed?

Ok I have a few questions how do I change

XP Rates.

Drop Rates.

Exploration Rates.

Quest Rates.

And pretty much any other rates there are.
