Ok so I decided to fight this hard! My daughter is super sad that we cant really play anymore. Someone offered me a leveled up account.. but it just isnt fun like it was with MY account and being proud of MY evolved and powered up pokemons that I got LEGIT!

So I decided to appeal.. but with tones of image as attachements.

In my appeal.. I wrote about exactly what I wrote on this forum.. and added these images as attachement.... we never know.. but at least I tried.. and didnt go down without a fight.

Yeah that was me, because just for reason like this like to shove a big thumb in Niantic ass.

Still got 7 accounts and a few in the 20-23 range i could spare, you can have it if you want.

Have you googled ``Failed to get game date, pokemon go`` ??? this site is the first that comes up almost... so YES some legit players are wondering whats going on and will research what the log in message means..

My friend just got his chargeback completed to him for almost 100$. I suggest anyone that has spent money on this game and has been banned to get your money back.

Finally I was given the failed to get data on my accounts. I stopped boting on Thursday night. First account failed to get data was on Friday at 2:00 central time. Next account was banned about 8:00pm tonight.

My little insight is that I was a botter spoofer in ingress. I went from lvl 1 to 8 spoofing. I was never banned in Ingress but was sandboxed for a week. Could not do anything in game but game would load and I could see everything hack but no loot..... After about 6 or 7 days I rcvd an email from niantic saying something to the effect of don't do it again dont cheat. After I rcvd the email I could play again.

Will they do that here I would like to think so but who knows just my two cents.

my id already cannot login from "failed to get data from server" 4D now (currectly lvl31)

so my friend ID just got "failed to get data from server" today morning 7am (gmt+7)

4 days ago 1 account and today again 2 accounts banned.. one thing is clear if you are botted your account, sooner or latter, it will be banned.. and if you are unlucky like me, my one account -14 level had never botted,and havent open from last 15 days, i opend it today for level up but i had seen it aslo banned.. botted account going to be banned that understand but what about other accounts, which never botted .. well not understand niantics criteria for banning ..

So when it says that it failed to get data from server....is that confirmed a perma ban or what?

Probably or a "time out". We really do not know what it is. Hell there is speculation that the error is some new splash screen for the next version or update.

Not true at all. Had the message since Friday and logged in multiple times with same phone and tablet fine into other accounts.

Then wait for 3 days for your other account. Say good bye while you can. Don't believe me, meke sure you check your other account next 3 days. Its super slow process but sure you will be banned. Lol
