Need Sqa for scammed acct / an VCC for Paypal

Hi guys, i recently got into the whole scamming ordeal a few weeks ago.
Well the first one was very easy, an i made 120$ an spent it in a heartbeat.
Well now, ive made a new paypal, but i wanna verify it so i can continue to scam
So if anyone could give me information to a VCC id greatly appreciate it an throw some scammed cash there way.
Also! i scammed an acct about a month ago, well i changed the password, acessed his e-mail an changed it to mine, then changed his e-mail password an set parental controls to where id get copies of his e-mails. Well now the only problem is, i want to change the Sq/SQA but i dont wanna have to deal with blizzard.
The question for it is " whats your pets name " like that, well ive checked his facebook, an myspace an nothign says anythign about a pet, so if theres anyway to change the answer at least id greatly appreciate it.
