I remember, it's almost a week ago I was able to log in for the last time and I put a pokemon to the gym. Yea, I am a nox user, but I still don't think I deserved this ban. After a few minutes later after assigning a pokemon to the gym I experienced errors on the top of the screen and the game just become unplayable. After log out I was not able to get back anymore. Yea... I am considering to get this things back while using a bot (not started yet) but need to know is there any safe way? All those last reports didn't convince me.

That what You think You deserve or don't is only in Your head.
And yes, You deserve the ban like everyone else that uses anything else than the official and real pokemon go app.

And yes, i have several bans on my accounts.

So I had a ticket in, and it was left as "open" for so long. Now the ticket page (and another one I had open) looks like this when I click it....


So lame that they would do that.

Anyone knows if FlyGPS is still "safe"? Been softbanned 2 times while in Santa Monica, not sure what's the reason, maybe I was catching too many pokemons? Spoofed to Santa Monica yesterday and everything was good yesterday

I'm using tutuapp with the pokemon go modded apk since 10 days, that already include spoofing gps and teleport and joystick, still not banned for the moment. I don't teleport to many location, i stay in my country and play in Paris like i would do if i was there, works perfectly for the moment i didn't recieved any softban .

Nox is not safe as far as i know, use it at your own risks.

Wouldn't put it that way. Seeing I've been spoofing for about a month now using Nox. Everyone on here says you get banned for this or that. Yes it is possible to get banned for spoofing. But it's a very slim chance if you spoof smart. Also don't use any bots or sniping software. Those will guarantee a ban. Here's how I spoof.

1. Don't log on pokemon for atleast a few hours, depending on where you want to spoof.
(Think about it as if you're traveling to that place and how long it'll take by plane.)
2. Use Nox and Spoof to location
3. Start pokemon and STICK TO THAT LOCATION
4. Don't go faster than a car

Been working for me ever since. If you get banned, then you get banned. We all deserve it. At this point i'm just like "**** it"

You are missing the main point. They are not going after spoofers right now because botters are a higher priority. Once they bring the bots down below a certain percentage (maybe 20%) they will deal with spoofers. NOX is not safe due to altitude details it gives (run adbshell and see for yourself).

Eventually NOX players will get permabanned (device/IP banned). Right now they just flag you for review and then ban if you are too disruptive. I'm getting an unable to authenticate ONLY AFTER updating from 0.33.0 to 0.35.0. I never received a single message before that point and I never botted.

Here is why I might have been flagged (remember no ban e-mail for me yet):

- used bluestacks when it came out and teleported to NY one time (before anti-cheat)
- manually sniped pokemon using GPS coordinates (stayed in same city that I was spoofing; before anti-cheat)
- used NOX to spoof within my state to pokemon hotspots (did it the "safe way" - after anti-cheat)
- used pogobag/pokemon nexus via Google account
- I bought lucky eggs/pokeball/incense and just camped around pokestops
- level 30 legitimately (no bots) though spoofed to one location only

Started botting a new account. Level 23 IP ban.... Changed IP bot running full force. Lets see when they finally perm ban the account!

Yes, my banned accounts now say this. The screen used to say failed to get data from server, etc.

It doesn't matter what your account says now. They could just have a general message in 0.35.0. You know why? Niantic doesn't want anyone figuring out what they are doing thus the confusion.

I had an account that I played IRL and on Nox, I never sniped, never botted, never used lockito or anything else, I was playing the game "normally" just moving around and doing everything myself and I got banned, so yeah, forget about Nox for now especially since you cannot really change your deviceID.

So is Niantic banning permanently accounts or just in Waves? I habe an account botting for 10 days with "safe human settings" and no ban, Im level 28 now.
