You are missing the main point. They are not going after spoofers right now because botters are a higher priority. Once they bring the bots down below a certain percentage (maybe 20%) they will deal with spoofers. NOX is not safe due to altitude details it gives (run adbshell and see for yourself).

Eventually NOX players will get permabanned (device/IP banned). Right now they just flag you for review and then ban if you are too disruptive. I'm getting an unable to authenticate ONLY AFTER updating from 0.33.0 to 0.35.0. I never received a single message before that point and I never botted.

Here is why I might have been flagged (remember no ban e-mail for me yet):

- used bluestacks when it came out and teleported to NY one time (before anti-cheat)
- manually sniped pokemon using GPS coordinates (stayed in same city that I was spoofing; before anti-cheat)
- used NOX to spoof within my state to pokemon hotspots (did it the "safe way" - after anti-cheat)
- used pogobag/pokemon nexus via Google account
- I bought lucky eggs/pokeball/incense and just camped around pokestops
- level 30 legitimately (no bots) though spoofed to one location only

Yeah right i only had NOX running for couple of days 3-4 and didnt attack gyms... was in my own country still permabann while i was legit walking... got to lvl 20 legit and mixed in nox and a bit legit walk and got to 25 and banned.No bots nothing... the ones that arent banned yet are just lucky.

You got caught in the net just like me. They think we are botters but we are not. To be honest they don't care. I would submit an unban request and get your money back through Google. What is the worst that could happen?

So is Niantic banning permanently accounts or just in Waves? I habe an account botting for 10 days with "safe human settings" and no ban, Im level 28 now.

Same here, been using a private made bot that only a few friends use. Botted for over a week now and still nothing. Level 23, no sniping!

Your private bot is using a broken API. Correct? The new API has not been cracked yet unless I'm mistaken. You will be banned unless you are using the correct/updated API.

Guys, is there a threshold for botting? Maximum level 25 or? Let's be honest. I've botted 10 chars, slow and fast, without getting any soft bans and they all end up getting banned. Still I see people selling accounts. Is it safe to get 25 before going manual?

Would love many thoughts on this.¨

yes, my banned account ptc username after about a day playing with another account, i change my id device every time i change to another account (rooted phone), so i guest maybe its just id banned but i already receive the terminate email from niantic on my email that i use for autenticate my ptc account. so i try same method on my diffrent banned account that already receive the email but its not working. if maybe you think that iam probably already using my email for login to pogo before with google auth, iam not, its a yahoo email. i have no idea, maybe its just niantic system error.

i m botting more than 50 account since the first banwave with different setup, diffrent bot, any kind humanize setting, literary every tips outhere. and now i have 5 account that survive. non of it using humanise setting. iam on lvl 28, 30x2, 38x2. so i think they banning people randomly, but mostly by report i quest. iam already test it report my own account with 5 report from and in two hours its got banned its only lvl19 and never been on gym before.

Two level 38 that survived? I envy that! That is lucky man, where do you "hunt" for your accounts? Perhaps I just need to make a large numbers of accounts and hope some survive. Thanks mate for answering

I can confirm, three of my accounts have been banned within an hour after hitting level 26. All accounts were botted with pokecrot and necrobot 24/7.

This is interesting, my account that got banned a week ago had also just hit level 26.
I was only spoofing and playing normally (no bots/sniping), but did get soft banned once when I first set it up and once more when I moved a bit too fast one time.

Before u tell anything I reckon this was contributed on time between the first and the second ban wave.... So that means as long as u have not received any contact message via email from niantic and can't login your account has been put on hold for being reviewed. It's also known the niantic lost more than 15m people with last update due to being banned (in most cases unfairly). With all of this I don't think there is a safe way of botting without being banned. Or you can give it a try and stop before 20 lvl and just let us know later. The fate of bs/nox users is still unclear while bot users will get banned sooner or later no matter what.
