we have 222 pages so far and still no answer to very basic questions

1) having "cannot get data from the server" constitutes perma ban or temp ban that lifts after couple days
is there any1 who got that message and after some days his account was working?


2) is there a method that u can use to see if u are indeed banned or not?
a form or a site where u login in niantic and niantic will respond with "sorry this account is banned"?

3) supplying pages to appeal ones account does not help since u are admitting of getting banned when u have not established that yet

4) 222 pages and at the main post there is not a single word about possible solutions or checks

Because there is no possible solution given the fact that Ninatic does not say a word about it..

so this makes me assume that ALL THE PEOPLE in this thread mentioning that they are permabanned infact they dont know if they are indeed permabanned or not but they just see a nessage in their phones that could mean anything but ban

1) I have been banned on Friday morning and I still have the same error, so we should consider that it's either permanent or long term (time will tell)

2 & 3) There's no method know as of now. All info we have is that if we try to login with a banned account the server answers with a status 3, that it's regarded the TOS. So in theory it's possible that in the next update they will add a message stating you're banned and pointing to the TOS. Client hasn't been updated to present a ban message yet (it's the general consensus at the moment). Plus there's no info till now of someone getting a message from Niantic, after the appeal, besides the standard automated message.

4) There's no possible solution, or check for the matter, until Niantic themselves release a statement or update the app to present a ban message. Plus if indeed this is a perma ban, there won't be any solution. It's a server side setting not possible to forge with a couple of code lines.

There have been plenty of reports from players being able to login after the error to retrieve data from server.
Its just not so with any of my accounts.

Guys, I need help! I'm only botting for like 2 days ago. But now I tried botting 2 accounts on necro without using any VPN or proxy and it even didn't took an hour and my IP was banned. Just want to know if this IP Ban is permanent or it'll only last a few hours/day. I'm now using HSS VPN cracked version. Any answers will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I had this error message.

I created a new account and was able to use the same email address and username. So it's a permanent ban AS WELL as a total account deletion - well, in my case any way.
