Can confirm, failed data to game server or some message like that is not a ban. I was reading messages and replys on this thread and some guy said his gmail got unbanned after a few hours.. Same happened to me, so this is not a ban. Im sitting here with my lvl 22 and 29 i botted from lvl 1. NOT BANNED.
Only getting tempbans like can catch pokemon and use gyms but no pokestops.. i usually have to wait 2-8 hours until it expires.

a week ago i got that purple message. still cant access my account till now. no love letter, sent an appeal to niantic, got the automated thing..

but when i used the same name in another account. it worked.

i dont think it works for everyone.

There is no temporary ban..
actually niantic server is problem..

How do i know?

I remember last week i`m play normal using my ip6+ not using any bot/cheat.. im going to pokestop and spin but got nothing. then go to gym to fight got error.. Actually niantic server was problem. It failed to get your current location.. Niantic server is cheap..

imho, the real trouble is when gps location is different from the ip one. with accounts botted at max 15 km from my house i've never had troubles, but with accounts botted in other countries i've got the Server error issue

someone who travel from america to europe and got 2-3 airports stop and doesnt have roaming, so he flew around 24 hours from one spot to another must have problems in pokemon go too then?

I have been unable to login for a week +1 days. Sent 3 appeals,only automated message. No termination email. Tried to make new account with the same in-game nickname, didn't work as the name was not available.

and that issue could also be fixed if you are routing the bot's traffic over 3g/4g network. That way the IP looks mobile but even then you will still be confined to your geographic area.

There is no way to escape the ban, any bot will get you banned

I have gotten every possible ban message and I've followed every safety precaution from human hours to throwing to slow walking / no sniping, etc, the works

If you don't want a ban you don't play pokemon go

They even picked names for my accounts they reset. They picked me a starter pokemon and NAMES!!! Only my mom was allowed to name me

All my accounts have been banned. If you haven't gotten banned you will. I botted on an account for just a few hours, left it there for one week no botting, checked it periodically and it was just banned. It's no longer fun to play legit after botting and having really strong Pokemon's. I uninstalled the game. They did me a favor.

Only reason I'm sticking around is to see if this game has any potential to make money. I would never play this game legit. Waste of time and the game is boring.

This afternoon I was traveling by bus in the Netherlands. Buses over here have free wifi. Thought I might as well check my IP while connected.

According to the IP checker my phone was in Switzerland.

If it goes like this all players will be banned in just a few months.

Open up a "Free wifi" hotspot in any popular US pokemon location and put up sign "free wifi for Pokemon Go Players." Then route the traffic to some proxy in europe and bam, hundreds of legit players banned lol.

5 out of my 6 accounts were all banned. From these 6 accounts, 4 were created at last week. Fortunately, 1 account is still survived. Last week I was created 4 accounts, 1st and 2nd accounts were created at Monday, 3rd account was created at Tuesday, 4th account was created at Wednesday. However, my 1st, 2nd and 4th accounts were banned. Now was left my 3rd account, it is amazingly still survive. I was last login my third account on my iPhone 6 Plus running with unjailbreakable iOS 9.3.4. I was stopped botting with my 3rd account after my last login with iOS 9.3.4. The rest 3 accounts were banned are last login with Necrobot. My Necrobot was set with random phone ID and Asus Zenfone 2 phone model. I 2nd, 3rd and 4th accounts were all stopped botting after my 1st account was banned.

Do you get my hints? If you want to reduce the risk get perma-banned, just login with your iPhone/iPad with the latest iOS 9.3.4 (unjailbreakable) after complete botting. I was emphasized only with iOS 9.3.4 because most android phones are rootable. Imagine there have over billion of Pokemon GO accounts out there, Niantic might just skip out the users with iOS 9.3.4 during they scan for cheaters because this could reduce the time for them to do their banning job.
