All players who receive a message "failed to get game data from server" you got a permanent ban! information from Niantic.

One of my accounts had this error, but i am now logged in and botting on it........so i don't believe that unless you have a source. I have proof my account is working again, where is yours?

Are there any confirmed reports of clean PoGo accounts that never used a bot also seeing the "failed to get data from server" message?

That seems like an easy way to figure out if they are targeting bot users or if this is a server error.

The absence of this issue on reddit speaks volumes so it's just about whether or not they deliberately did this to catch us or whether this is accidental and will go away.

Simple fix, buy pokeball from shop & try to capture them. Lol

Can confirm my soft ban (Pokestops working, pokemon automatically fleeing tried 10+ in a row) has been removed after 28 hours.
Successfully captured a Pokemon using Pokemon Go on iOS.
Attempted to Capture 3 hours after, and it did not work. Stayed logged out from the 3 hour mark to the 28 hour mark.

Currently botting at 4 KM/H using Necrobot (w/ Custom Device info) with no issues, all snipe features are turned off.

i can't catch pokemons tommorow. pokestops - black message instead picture, i can't catch any pokemons because any pokemon fleed. today i catch two pokemons account work but when i used bot account was banned. i think that it is new type of ban - 24h ban
