2. anything else at all other than 1

If you're receiving number 1 above then it's almost certain that account has been perma-banned - get over it - I have It does suck but hey whatever - we all knew the risks.

Bullshit. I use nox and have it quite often when alt tab my nox during the loading of pokemons. I press retry and game is loading without any problems.

Omg that makes totally sense! Haha in fact I think maybe that's the closest to what happened so far. The servers are down for a long time now and i know some people got some trouble for the past 10 hours or more but I'm having the issue for the last 5 to 6 hours and the server of my country it's down for almost 7 I suppose. So maybe yeah we're stuck even though those who are in this situation for longer than me you could probably get the same problem. I think we'll know when the servers get stable. Let's wait and see.

My source wouldn't confirm the method employed to catch you. May I ask, to those getting the "failed to get game data" - what speed were you walking at, and for how long?

this is not ban as my bot account still can login while my clean account got message "failed to get game data from the server". And yes I was running bot account whole day today

Used necrobot to level from 20s to 33.

Was botting overnight in Tokyo, before I left for work it wouldn't loot any pokestops but could catch pokemon. It would keep trying to 45/45 pokestops but still couldn't loot them.

6 hours later I logged in from my phone, I can't loot any pokestops from my phone either. It just says "try again later"

Login Token (Failed to get game data for the player) US region = You will see when the servers are back up, if it persists when Is Pokémon GO down or not? ping says US Google Login or PTC is online, read below and that is the most likely result as of now. The servers are currently down at the time, so just wait until they are up

Interesting, I would prefer not to be banned obviously but not getting my hopes up. Sad part is I stopped botting weeks ago on this account and kind of forget about it.
