how long you had to wait?

This morning when i woke at 8 am (France) i had the issues on each accounts and now (2pm30) it is wroking, so something like 6-7 hours.

I can understand why some of you think I'm 'trolling', but ask yourself this:

Why is it, only the bot forums are the ones making noise that they are getting this error message? You have your answer.

My source wouldn't confirm the method employed to catch you. May I ask, to those getting the "failed to get game data" - what speed were you walking at, and for how long?

~8 km/h for 6 hours, slightly faster than my actual pace, yet keeping the normal schedule and GPS location.

Bullshit. I use nox and have it quite often when alt tab my nox during the loading of pokemons. I press retry and game is loading without any problems.

In my original post(s) I advised I could only confirm the permanent ban was only affecting Europe.

since six hours ago when i open my account is still showing error message like failed to load game data bla bla bla, but i've try to login with another account with same server (PTC) works normally with same device and ip, and i've visited a gym where main account got showing error message is still on top, so the conclusion is the account who get error message failed to load game data is banned permanently-_- common bro, this is a risk when you play with bot, i think niantic should give a message to user when using bot will permanently banned, like supercell who had send a message to player. but i still hope this error just mistakes from the server side. sorry my english is bad, im indonesian.

I am getting the "server error" message and I had not used the account in question since Wed night on a bot.

You may be one of the few odd cases, pretty much everyone here making noise is more than likely botting when the servers went down. When the servers come back up, I'm sure we'll have a definitive answer as to whether these are bans or just issues caused by the servers. You can check them here Pokemon GO Server status! Check if it's down.

At all , i just can say that i can log in. The only fact is that see no pictures at pokestops or arens - and pokestops i can easily loot but when im trying to catcg some pokemon they break free and flee away. Even spinbot i tried but nohtuing changed.
