Oh, so that's what you meant. This actually makes no difference at all. You've been "perma-banned" the whole time just like the rest of us. I've been able to get to that "support screen" a few times after getting the "Data Failed to Retrieve" error. It usually is when I'm on a different device and have wiped the apps data. I then tried logging in with my currently banned account on that device for the first time and I think that is when I've gotten to that screen. It eventually goes back to the "Data Failed to Retrieve" error.

TLDR. You've been banned the whole time just like the rest of us

Can we have these issues divided?

The issue is not petty soft bans that we all know get lifted at some point. After reviewing the last 35 pages, I have not seen one person say that the "Fail to retrieve game data from the server" message has been lifted.

I received the above message at roughly 11:00pm Pacific Time. At the time of this posting, it has been 16 hours since the message appeared. No luck yet.

Mother of God we need to have these threads divided... The game data error is the big issue here and I'm tired of coming back to this thread to read vague "ban lifted" comments and questions about petty soft bans

Truth be told, I have to agree with you. A lot of people are posting now saying they got their accounts back and everything is fine, alright that's good news guys and at least I'm happy for you but some of us still stuck with this bitch problem since this morning and not seeing shit about it but other people struggling with something clearly easier to solve, it's messing my head up.
So update for all of us: Catchflee ban has been lifted after a couple of goddamn hours but well, some other people still "in trouble" if you must say.
You don't need to be posting every three minutes that you got your account back if you didn't have the major problem this thread is all about, alright?

I don't wanna sound mean or anything just being realistic about it. Congrats to all you who actually got your main accounts and side bot af accounts back! Play carefuly now and enjoy the game. Thank you! The data problem is being a pain in the ass right now since 6am this morning... So thanks once again. A lot of people are still unable to access their account and not being able to login in the game it's messed up af.

I use a bot now for roundabout 9 hours..... on a new account.... and it runs and runs.... If it rund to Lvl 25 or so... i give it away for free.. it would nothing special.... at the moment it has 40 of 150 Pokemon .... But it would be a restart for someone....
