i couldnt login and see my characters so i made a new account there was a clickable gym and my flareon was at that gym and my name was still on the gym
1. failed to retrieve
2. overwhelming suppost screen (prob a server down issue screen) with the pokemon at the bottom
3. back to failed to retrieve...

Same here.

I have posted before I got catch flee for over 15 hours. Then I went to bed for 4 hours, now I wake up and try again, got the "Failed to get game data from the server." (Google Account)

By the way, I got two other ptc account got "Failed to get game data from the server." from beginning, nearly 20 hours, still cannot access.

same for me. my 40 lvl character came back after 10-15 hours. i just didnt join game and didnt try to unban.

Mother of God we need to have these threads divided... The game data error is the big issue here and I'm tired of coming back to this thread to read vague "ban lifted" comments and questions about petty soft bans

Oh, so that's what you meant. This actually makes no difference at all. You've been "perma-banned" the whole time just like the rest of us. I've been able to get to that "support screen" a few times after getting the "Data Failed to Retrieve" error. It usually is when I'm on a different device and have wiped the app's data. I then tried logging in with my currently banned account on that device for the first time and I think that is when I've gotten to that screen. It eventually goes back to the "Data Failed to Retrieve" error.

TLDR. You've been banned the whole time just like the rest of us

Hi guys. I've been following this thread before it even got open. (There was a previous thread which directs it to this one). Been following every page and kept an eye open.
I got banned 5:11 AM yesterday (Friday) with the catchflee ban. I decided to check again and it's been lifted as of this moment. (19 hours) So I wish you all the best with your other concerns. I'm so caught up on this thread that I might actually stay and comment if necesarry.

I'm currently trying different configs and if I'm able to keep one online for 24 hours straight, I'll keep you posted.

Thank you! The data problem is being a pain in the ass right now since 6am this morning... So thanks once again. A lot of people are still unable to access their account and not being able to login in the game it's messed up af.

- 2:00 pm I ran my bot (non-safe config -200exp/hr) worked for 1 hr
- 3:00 pm catchflee ban
- 3:30 pm pokestop ban
- 5:30 pm all got lifted (about 2 hr softban - it seems like most of the people (15 hr softban,etc) got lifted around that time too)

Currently running my bot (safe -20-50exp/hr)

However my other accounts with the login error - failed to get game data are still locked out
