In my original post(s) I advised I could only confirm the permanent ban was only affecting Europe.

I am going to re-quote my post in 24hrs. All those who doubted me, I would like an apology.

If that pleases you , I'm sure i can do that if you're right, if i remember to that is. But it just makes no sense for them not to give a ban message if these are indeed bans.

Regarding catchflee, isn't that just how the temp soft ban works? I've had it before; it depends on how far you've teleported and can last between 30 mins to 8 hours.

I'm fairly confident they're having issues with data/login servers since this is effecting accounts of forum users and personal friends with legitimate non-bot accounts.

No because you can still get items from pokestops or fight gyms, you cant do those when you are softbanned.
That also means you cant remove the ban with spinning pokestops.

I can understand why some of you think I'm 'trolling', but ask yourself this:

Why is it, only the bot forums are the ones making noise that they are getting this error message? You have your answer.

My source wouldn't confirm the method employed to catch you. May I ask, to those getting the "failed to get game data" - what speed were you walking at, and for how long?

I think we are either banned or suspended, I just created a new account, with another gmal address and everything is working perfectly fine, however my other account I get game data failed error. There is definitely something wrong with accounts that have been botting/sniping !

I advise everyone to go onto an unbanned account and just run your bot. I use exxos and it just works fine, it also unbans your account really easily (unbans mine sometimes with 1 spin) EDIT: UNBANS SOFTBAN

Well, theoretically you could.

I purposefully jumped from Europe to US to get softbanned and then used QuickSpin to unban me. However, that doesn't remove the Flee-ban. So nothing to do but wait.
