Niatics are so mean banning the accounts.

No one can say Niantic is "mean". All botters knew that they were on the wrong side since the beginning we all knew this was coming.
Niantic is STUPID for setting up pages that send automated emails about minor text fixes to an monitored inboxes when the tracker has been busted for a month now and some github programmers managed to reverse engeneer an API in 4 days running on donations. Niantic's, the center of the video game world for the past weeks, last actual response was on August 2nd.
It is good they are doing things like banning us but they wouldn't have to if the game wasn't so shit that ever since the release there hasn't been a single day that every feature of the game worked at the same time.

I have two accounts that seem to be permanently banned. I decide to quit playing this game. Here is my case.

I played my first account (main account) manually to level 24, but tired about it meanwhile I have found there are a lot of high level trainers in the gym. But it took me a lot of time to level up, and spent some money to buy lucky eggs and expend the bags etc. When I was about to give it up, I googled and found bots, then I created the second account to test the bots. The bots were working great, and botted my second account from level 6 to level 24 in one day. I felt safe, then I botted my both accounts (different private IPs) for 3-4 hours and came across to the "Ban Wave" last Thursday night. Weirdly, my crazy botted second account can be logged in so far, while my main account is permanently banned till now.

I created a third account to test the ban, and just 45 mins ago, my tested account was permanently banned. I botted it since Friday till now, and only have 5 to 7k EXP per hour, and botted for 1 to 2 hours and rest for a while (not exceeding 6 hours per day). I was using the most humanized configure with humanized throw, delays and walking speed about 5 to 7 km/h. I could not figure out how they can detect and ban me like that. My brave guess is that they throw out the ban wave at certain time point, since I found other people reported the ban similar to the time point when I got banned.

Since I invested some dollars in the game, please let me know if you guys know how or where to get the refund back, or this company won't issue refund to the banned account. Thank you.

Also, I do wish some one can find out why would trigger the ban, and at least let me know why.

It is very easy to tell when your code is not sent back to you so much so that chance of a false positive should be less than 5σ. The sloppy nature of the bots, as well as their universal base probably made banning the easiest thing Niantic had to do since release, that is why it was truly effective, the first thing they did right,

If the problem is the height, it should be an easy fix to read the floor height info from google map and add a customized height of the player in the config file.

3 Days, still Failed to bla bla.... I think Hope is end. It's permaban.
This game, with me, is a force-to-fake-GPS-game because on gym, no pokestops in my area. The nearest is 45km away . How can i play without pokeball?

if you paid with credit card, request a chargeback from Visa/Mastercard. Tell them that you were playing the game legit and that you sent a support ticket to niantic but they have not responded and even show them the email that says they will not respond to your request unless they want to. They should issue you a chargeback right away.

I have been botting on the same server since this whole mess started, NO perma ban, NO hard ban, NO soft ban. for 3 god damned days Straight. and this guy comes along and say they check it evey day? come on that is just clueless. wouldn't hurt if you started reading 10 pages prior the last page of this post if you are new here...
