The fact Niantic have sent out ban e-mails means they must've finished this wave of bans, so I guess any bots that were made before this wave and survived will probably survive the next ones as well, espeically if turned legit and this could be true for bots made during the wave as well if they wiped backlogs after issuing bans.

Another thing is, once u get banned, ur account following will get ban also, even u play legit.

Conclusion is , banned once = forever quit, unless u change new device & ip

well said... doesn't matter what kind of setting you do human or alien in bot, you will banned. had tried different bots with different ips, it works for 3-4 days then got ban,
and their system banning account like we hunting pokemon by bot.and it keep running.if you had bot or snooped once, you will get ban today or tomorrow, that is for sure.
had seen ban in other game as well but not this kind of,they banning botters and legit player losing their interest in game.

I thinks this is real , i have do test with some user ptc and google account, they maybe flag devices that use by bot before.. this is sad.

Main and second Acc are banned, got Email for both... Started a new Acc on Wednesday with NOX. Sniping "manually", using no bot....get Pokeballs from local Pokestops, teleporting around the world to get the rare ones.... Now on Level 10 and still runnning. If this Account also get banned then i stop playing an f**k Niantic by starting to report all players above lvl 30 having strong pokemons in gyms....

You're just a tard, when you cheat you accept the rules, that means to be catched and banned.
Also you can report whatever you want by rage Niantic doesn't care, they already recieved a ton of fake reports, that won't ban a player if he's legit just because you reported him.

Why would Niantic autoban legit accounts that have used the same device as a botted on?

Seems more like they'll run the script used to catch the botted account on the legit account to determine whether or not to ban it. The people saying their legit account was banned are probably lying looking for sympathy anyway.

I started a pokefarmer account, no teleportation or sniping, stayed in santa monica pier, human settings, got to level24 in days then eventually banned

I spent $200 on my main that got banned (played legit until 22, botted to 31). Getting refund on $80, working on the rest.

I just found the only way will never ever get banned !!! dont ever sign in with your botted account eveeer !!! specially on the same phone you got banned before because your device ID is already flagged !! just keep your botted account in the dark, because once you sign in you need to agree to the TOS !! once you agree to TOS you will get banned soon or later !! so keep botting your account and dont ever sign in till we figure out a trick or effective way to sign in safely !!

Saw some ppl bot with no name or even choose the starter pokemon, and niantic cant detect at all, once u signed in = forever banned.
