What is unfair is the permaban! Ok, u caught me? Give me a weekly ban, advertising me that the next time it will be result in a permaban and i won't use 3rd part programs again! Give me a sort of red ribbon, i don't know, but this istant permaban isn't fair at all! I have botted another account (it's a week that is running around my house) at the same level of my "almost totally legit" banned account, but it's not the same! If Niantic won't give me back my main account i'm out of this game, with the worst company ever seen in the world (Niantic). They've done shit since the release...

but then you still have all the exp and pokemon from when you were cheating. The "fair" way is to perma ban you.

just select your latest purchase, click report a problem, comments just use the usual this game been having problems from day 1 and i cant no longer tolerate this, demand full refund of all previous purchases, in less than 48hrs you will get you email confirmation.

So far with the turing bot the best way is to not have your pokedex fill past 140. Also remember even if you play legit if you catch more than 1000 pokemon under "24 hours" you get ban if you hit more than 1100 pokestops under 24 hours you will also get ban. A lot of people using turing already hit lvl 37. You just have to be patient and not rush.

So it seems that people that have created new accounts aren't banned (yet). But everyone that's had botted for a while is now banned. Just like someone said before, you can't really escape it it seems. Just trying to gather as much info for that. I have a bot at level 27 right now that I started about 4-5 days ago. I stopped botting now but we'll see how long it takes to get banned.
