No. it just means you haven't sent a ticket so they haven't sent another automated response. But you are most likely ban if you can't log in. Sorry to be so straight forward but time to start again.

New Found (Be Careful!) :
If you ever botting / sniping until you get powerful pokemon, and then after you decide to stop botting /sniping, you try to occupied some of gym.
On tomorrow or even next couple hours, you'll get banned. Because someone (on rival team maybe) has already screen capture your Trainer & Pokemon while holding a gym and send it to Niantic using Report Inappropriate Gameplay form.
I found this because I hear from my friend that he tried to using that report for inappropriate gameplay form to sabotage a gym who hold by rival team and has Dragonite with CP 2870.
Then a few hours later my friend check the gym and it is become white or unoccupied.
I assume that Niantic will check all trainer that reported for inapproriate game play by other players.
From this case, we can conclude that all players will try to report all of rival team trainer who hold a gym even they're report it just for fun.
