If you send a support ticket they will send you automated response, then after a few days (1-3days) they will send you one saying you are banned. If they don't send you the 2nd email, maybe they are just slower to respond or maybe you have a chance.

hi, my account ptc for 10 day was failed to get game data from the server but now if i try to log in have a different message, photo whit some pokemon whit server iusse try again later but google account have failed to get game data from the server.. why the message is changed? is definitly ban?

Shouldn't they let us botters survive so they can make more money? They're stupid as hell for going against us. I'm still gonna wait for someone to make a hack where we can be unbanned, it's only a matter of time for our revenge.

I wonder how much money they made from those accounts that they banned. I'm guessing it was not significant enough. Or else they would of not banned them....

I hope you're right but after i sent in my appeal, the ticket was immediately marked as "resolved"..
That was almost 2 weeks ago.. never got a second email.

Update
So there are currently 4 types of bans
ip=no pokestops or pokemon (temp)
pokemon=they always flee but can use pokestop (temp)
pokestops=can catch pokemon but cant use pokestops (temp)
account error=cant loginto that account (Perma ban)

post up how long it took for you till it went away.

how to fix it.
I means bypass it.

for data error: you are permabanned, start new account.
