So do I wait out and see what happens or get a new botted account. I would do it myself but I have a Mac My botted account got the "failed to get game data from server" bull****. So what do I do?

I am back with my theories.

So listen up again, folks. IS THERE ANYONE here who botted, got the "failed" error, and then after a day it wasn't there?
As far as I can see, over the 200 pages in this forum, several people says that the error is gone. Most likely these people haven't botted, which the others have. I think that Niantic gave this error to all who had suspicious logs, even if it was legal and now as they have had time, they "unban" the people who have played legal. The others who have botted will sooner or later get any kind of ban.

I repeat, is there anyone here who botted, got the "failed to get game data from the server" error, and then after a few days got it removed? If yes, please show us some screens since this topic is getting quite out of hands, with a lot of hasty decisions and also quite much based on conspiracy.

just when i thought I was safe, my 2nd account is IP? banned. Nothing loads up on my map. I heard this is temporary but it just hit me so not sure when it will be lifted. I stopped botting on this account awhile back also.

Have the same on one account, just make new one and let it bot slowly, and dont snipe cause i got banned right after that and with a 3 min wait between snipes.
I kinda wonder if we will get an email cause isnt that how perma ban works?cause game data failed isnt really a notification.

Even if you play legit since a couple of days. Once a bot was used it's over.

It happens time by time.

4 hours ago all accounts working fine, but once you will start to use them it takes a while, but than you will be banned too.

Send an account to a friend almost 7 days ago. Account was only a few hours botted.
He played normally and since 2 days he is banned, his old, legit account still working without problems.

So what does it help, if you have a level 38 account, working in bot and once you start playing via mobile phone or Nox you will be banned.

I hope there will be an egg in almost every gym in the future.

Still having a level 35 account in bot and ofc it's working without problems, but if I will use it, I am pretty sure it will be banned after 2 or 3 days.
