Don't count your chickens before they're hatched. I had the catch the error three or four days ago where you couldn't catch Pokemon but you could loot pokestops it cleared itself up in 12 hours I've been playing the game legit since then and today when I woke up I got the cannot find data so there's a great possibility that accounts were earmarked for later review and the bans are still coming.

Both of my accounts are banned, one that I have botted for ages and one that I botted only once. I think it's safe to say that I officially hate Niantic. So **** YOU NIANTIC!

I think accounts are being REVIEWED, some people today are saying they can log back in after they got no data error message.

I think I'm being handed a permanent ban,everything I login,it's say failed to recieve game data and it's happening for a day already and the servers in my country are perfectly ok.Well it looks like it's the end of botting.

You do realize the PTC website doesn't actually "talk" to Pogo right? My legit accounts and botted accounts that still work all show level 1 with zero Pokémon caught.

even if it was botting it still felt like a lot of work keeping up with the changes and fastest xp/IV meta

You guys still posting about softbans:

There was an extensive testing and the results are that if you loot over 2000 pokestops in a 23 hour period, you get soft banned and can't loot them anymore. As soon as you get under the threshold of 2000 you get unbanned.

If you catch more than 1000 pokemon in a 23 hour period, you get the catch flee ban. Same rules as with the pokestop ban apply.

So yeah, you need to limit your botting per daily periods. As for the failed to retrieve data from server error, we still don't know.

I realize that this might be old news to a lot of you, but many people seem to have missed this message.

EDIT: Oh and the can't see anything in the game ban occurs when you connect multiple devices (more than three) from one ip to the PoGo servers and its a temp IP ban.

That doesn't explain how I got banned. I haven't done anything anywhere near those numbers.
