First i get a Softban (Catchflee) for 21 hours and know (After playing with NOX and without port) i get this data error "Failed get game data"

Either everyone with a softban got flagged and they banning us now or nox isnt safe anymore

My logic is there are accounts that aren't being banned. Just bot and see what you get. If you lose it oh well.

Multiple people I know including one of my own bot accounts were getting that failed to load game data error and are back in the game now. It doesn't mean anything with regards to possible bans at some point but just putting it out there, getting that error is not a definite ban.

Typo doesn't necessarily mean fake. People write those messages. Seems more trouble than it's worth to produce a fake image.

I only used mygobot and Pokesniper, so I don't think it's program specific.

if you guys want an update its acctually really easy all bots are currently beeing taken down after website's like pokevision etc.. that are already down personally i do not think our accounts will be permanently banned altho don't expect to be playing before all these legal actions are resolved , it has become quite clear niantic doesn't like it at all in a social game like this and let's be honest here they sure as hell weren't smart about a few things but then again help the devs in making a better game with ideas ! (if you really like this idea) and if you don't you probebly don't care so much about this game anyway and move on the new nx is confirmed to have a new pokemon game with launch so there's that (and that is of the official makers of pokemon not some rip-off bullshit)

Niantic just released a system to verify if you are banned, or if the login issue is due to a server error. I assume this is due to the rapid amount of emails they have been receiving.

Guys I am elaborating a theory here, just answer this question please:

Players who encounter: Failed to get game data from the server.

Have you changed the nickname of the player recently and if yes was the new nickname a duplicate of another account that you had previously?
(Or it is possible that it was a duplicate of another player's nickname, but for some reason the game overwrote the accounts and so we can't enter the game, because on the backend there is an error and incosistency between the ID and the account)
