fking sad..finally level 30 account banned

I have the same thing with you, just happend today to one account,i got greedy and sniped, i regret nothing!Anyway tried to change nickname of another account to the banned one and says that name already exist, which is weird if its a perma ban it should delete my account from the servers right? or it just keeps it hostage, never giving it back but always there?

I got two accounts with the "Failed to get game data from server" error. The nice thing is that when I try to login with GoManager, I get this:

The irony is that botting is the only fun I can actually have with this game. Playing it just for the sake of itself is way to boring for my taste. LOL

Every botted account will be banned, so it's waste of time.
Even if you play legit since a couple of days. Once a bot was used it's over.

My account is not banned its lvl 26 i've botted on it from lvl 1 i played it legit for max 1 hour i used 5-6 different kind of bots and i sniped over 50 pokemon using pokesniper2 also most time on bots where i could configure walking speed i've setted it on 60-120 km a hour u don't have a clue what ur talking about ur just blurring out bullshit.

So listen up again, folks. IS THERE ANYONE here who botted, got the "failed" error, and then after a day it wasn't there?
As far as I can see, over the 200 pages in this forum, several people says that the error is gone. Most likely these people haven't botted, which the others have. I think that Niantic gave this error to all who had suspicious logs, even if it was legal and now as they have had time, they "unban" the people who have played legal. The others who have botted will sooner or later get any kind of ban.

I repeat, is there anyone here who botted, got the "failed to get game data from the server" error, and then after a few days got it removed? If yes, please show us some screens since this topic is getting quite out of hands, with a lot of hasty decisions and also quite much based on conspiracy.

I can't give you any proof that I wouldn't be able to forge myself.... the only way I had to prove it was if I had a video of the 126th time that I checked that day and it let me in. which I don't. so any "screens" that ANYONE might produce is not proof of anything, as my 12 yo niece could fool you with a forgery made on paint...
