As long as you have your photo id and your name matches the account information theres no way they could recall it.
Well, I sold an account back in April, and the last time the armory was updated was in May, so I take it the person who bought/transfered the account doesn't play it.
I got the bright idea to recover the account. I sold it to a company (the guy was here in the US) that resells. I gave full account info, my address, phone number, and a scan of an old student ID.
Now, I have my Drivers Licence, birth certificate, etc etc, the account is on a Blizzard Account, and I want to recover it since they don't play it (obviously) anyways. 2 new achievements in 5 months? Very obvious.
Now, if the person the company sold it to contacted the company about it, and the company contacted me, how could I deny recalling it? The amount was only 150$, so I can't imagine them going after me, but if they attempt to recall it, what would blizzard do if they gave them full account info? Could I just claim that like... I had my student ID and all my personal information on MySpace, so they could have just got it from there?
I don't remember if I gave them CD-Keys.
Thanks,
Me

Phone Blizzard, and try to convince them that you are the OO, ( What should be no Problem with ID ) And then they can change the Informations ( Well atleast that's what they did to me, I'm playing on EU dunno if that matters! )!
PM me for Signatures!
He suplied his ID to the comapany...
It was a student ID; pretty sure I can just tell blizzard I had a scan of it on my myspace and they found it. I can send it drivers licenses, state ID's, birth certificates, etc, and honestly, the account hasn't been used since May, so I don't think anybody is about to recover it.
I'll get you guys back with updates.
Just call blizzard up and say you can't access your account. Have those CD KEYS(which the company does NOT have) handy. Shouldn't be a problem at all, no questions asked. As for the company I wouldn't sweat it. IMO if the guy isn't even playing the account he isn't going to go through the hassle of contacting the company he bought it from.
