VMV, the settings aren't saving with qHUD. We used to be able to force save by hitting F12 but that doesn't; seem to work either. And if I manually edit the settings.json it gets over written every time I start qHUD.
Is this just an issue on my computer?

Not sure if my above post helps but I will be looking into this. Could be a dead end. Whats puzzling is this was located there instead of in Metadata/Monsters...etc. If anyone comes up with something please let me know.
It looks like the name meanings are as follows:
Arc = Arc (obvious)
Curse = Cursespewing (obvious)
Echoing = Echoing (obvious)
Fire = Firestorm
Fist = Im thinking this one is knockback
god_mode = invulnerability shrine
ice = Ice Nova shrine
Lightning = lightning nova shrine
massive = AoE shrine
plus = ???? multiple projectiles???
resistance = resist shrine (obvious)
run_fast = haste shrine (obvious)
shield = armor/hp/ES shrine
smoke = smoke shrine (obvious)
summon = summon skeletons shrine (obvious)
sword = ???? not sure... Crit shrine maybe?
thorn = also not sure, i mean - ive never seen a shrine that gives thorns... maybe its deactivated or not on the server spawn list.
If anyone has any other ideas im welcome to them.

Well that was a bust. I put those entries into my preload file and nothing happened. Even went into some zones that actually had shrines and nothing came up, even though the shrines were there. Am I putting this in wrong?

It's been said repeatedly this is a known bug with prophecy. Get rid of the "A Royal Death" prophecy and it will go away.

I had a file dump on the dev branch a while back. It's not up to date now, but I can fix that pretty quickly. Basically it would dump all of the loaded assets in your current area to a file so if you ran into stuff like shrines, you could check the dump for files that were loaded. I'm guessing that'd be handy here. I'll try and get that branch caught back up tomorrow.

SO is not using the content.ggpk file relevant now? since it seems like the stuff in it is trash and we cant go by the entries in it?

Every time you start/close the hud, the settings are saved. If you want new settings, just delete the settings.json, make your changes, and save the new settings.json somewhere.
We don't do many changes with every update,...actually we barely do any, to the settings.

I just wanted to thank you guys for the great efforts you put into this, here is a little contribution from me:I just found a deshret unique strongbox, it was detected as a white simple strongbox though, so it's either not included yet, or buggy.

I included that but if I do the hud stops working, as soon as I switch back to normal preloads.txt it works again
