Ok, I see, thanks for the test.
As I see the problem still present with this dll, so I temporary disable it again.

That is strange. I launch PoeHUD in my hidout and got this error. I debug all the filesystem files (in memory) and there was no "Data/Mods.dat".
I restart the game and launch PoeHUD in town (act 4), and it works fine. "Data/Mods.dat" present in filesystem.
So restarting the game seems fix that (for me).

Ok I'm getting a CAS policy error? And when I click continue, nothing happens. Is my .net out of date? The wording is exactly:
"An attempt was made to load an assembly from a network location which would have caused the assembly to be sandboxed in previous versions of .NET Framework. This release of .NET Framework does not enable CAS policy by default so this load may be dangerous. If this load is not intended to sandbox the assembly please enable the loadFromRemoteSources switch."
Code:
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

delete the:
/plugins/InventoryPreview/InventoryPreview.dll
but there should be "InventoryPreview.dll_Disabled" (or it load it anyway.. hmm)
I found the way to fix the problems with this external dll's. Testing now..

Works now, thank you very much!
Yes, it was "DISABLED" as you said but I guess it was still loading it regardless.

Guys, sorry for CAS errors with dlls. I'm testing them on my virtual machine before releasing, but one thing i miss that dll is marked as "unsafe/blocked" ONLY of they downloaded from internet (Github) (some sources said that works only with zip archives, but not rar) (NTFS feature).
But I copy them to virtual machine (not download), so that's why my tests was not correct and cause an erors.
As I said I found the way to fix the problems with this external dll's. Testing now..
Edit:
Great, I fix that. I'll be glad if someone could test it (download, run, enable the new "Inventory Preview" (last line in poehud menu), check how it load item images ^_^).
Download from Dev_Test_Plugins branch.

★ Elder ★
Wish list, if i may ..
:
- Remaining monsters for every area.
- Real elemental resists after map mods and area calculation.
- Read item filter sounds and play them on item drop.
- Tier stars drawn next to their respective tiers.
That's all, thank's.

So the plugin is working. One issue: flask (any kind) seem to be split into two images the flask bottle on the left, and the charge (fluid) on the right. The bitmaps are condensed horizontally creating a stretched.

Edit added photo for demonstration purposes

Great, thanks for a test! I'm going to release it in the main branch.
Yes, I see. I think I should draw only 1/3 of image:

UPD. Fixed

Some suggestions:
Depreciate "Inventory preview"
Add new Sub-menu called : Plugins
Nest your "Inventory Preview" (and all other plugins) in this new sub-menu
allow for read of a config file for plugin to allow edit of DNS for image lookup.
Alternatively, pull all PNG files, pack in a rar, and load rar into memory.
Extra (i am also looking into seeing if i can figure this out):
Is it possible to make the final rendered surface transparent (adjustable with slider)?
When Item filter is enabled, only render when hotkey is pressed (say left-alt)?
or even more advanced, render surface transparent (say 20%), and then make fully visible for a few seconds (say 5-10) after inventory update.

The old plugin? I will do this after some time (new plugin should be a little bit tested).

They already there:
PoEHUD-x64\plugins\InventoryPreview

Make all the plugin overlay things be configurable by alpha globally? Yes.
For the other: don't understand what you mean (DNS, and what for: "render when hotkey is pressed")

Flask are working correctly now.
(low priority) I noticed a new issue now unsure if related to you updates: If you click on any of the color change options, it appears that nothing has happens. Color selection window is created, but is not brought to the foreground (active panel). User must alt tab (cycle), or click in task bar to switch to color window leading to many duplicate windows being created.
