No, still under dev (sometimes more, sometimes less). I've decided to not post videos and releases until i'm completely finished with the tool because its nearly impossible to develop something when you get hundreds of inputs![]()

good to know!
but since your on an reading the thread, id like to refer back to my question a couple weeks ago, if you dont mind
even if you dont feel like responding, glad to hear your still working on this! i've been watching this thread with a close eye, cant wait to see how it turns out!
Excellent work! But I have one tiny problem.
I have WoW installed on my mac. I can access my OS X partition from windows, but I can't figure out how to let YiasEdit know where WoW is..
Edit: Got it to start up now, except it keeps popping up with the errors:
Fontfile could not be opened!
Font not created!
Popping up in separate windows one after the other until I quit the application.

What exactly do I need to do to make Yias Edit Work? No Matter what I do I get an error on startup.

And that error tells you?
You should really find someone to port this to Mac once you're done. I'm sure a lot of people would be willing to.
As far as i have seen, Mac and DirectX aren't really good friends.
Macs can play games, they have amazing graphical ability and some people prefer them or need them for work, not sure why yias does not work for mac because the original version was openGL before yiasDX came out, try taliis with the adt3d and jogl
Of course they can play games, but people don't make games specifically for Macs, they only port, if the game is able to be ported (more often than not, games aren't ported because of programming limitations). An alternative for Mac users who want to do PC things is Bootcamp.

Hm. Fair enough, but I'm running Parallels with Windows 7 32-bit, and it works PERFECTLY for anything I can't run on Wine. It's just I keep getting this error with the font on YiasEdit. It's weird. But Yias looks great from what I've seen and read.
Do please keep working on this. Our community needs something better than that POS Nogg-it.
And DirectX > OpenGL.
Editable signature, at last!
To show you, that im still working on it here some details about new stuff:
1. M2-instancing: Increases performance dramatically and good connectionpoints to further animation ()
2. Task sheduling: Removes all locks from the DirectX-code by moving all the low level DirectX-stuff into the renderthread. Thus faster rendering
3. Fog/Sky and Lighting: Just some stuff for the eye. Fog- and skycolor are already implemented with various settings
4. Generation of minimaps directly from your changes. It generates a minimap-file from a top view of the ADT, that may look like that:
OFC there will also be WMO and (optionally) M2 from top "painted" on the minimap. Also optionally you can set various effects, make it light, darker, blur it or make it sharper, .... As its directly taken from an invisible rendertarget you can apply nearly all effects on it that Shader Model 3.0 offers.
Awsome Cromon! :] I really hope for a release soon enugh....Starting to get bored :S
