Can someone please help me? When i try to texture the place im at, There is no Texturing active button. I did what was said before (Holding downt he left mouse) Except i only get a red display on the screen saying Quickmode activated. but there is no textures that got laid down. *sorry im hella tired... * Also YiasEdit looks nothing like the images above for me (i have vista) And is very buggy! Sometimes it just freezes to a white screen and slows my computer down. 5 minutes later it goes back to YiasEdit. Anyway. ANY WAY TO TEXTURE?!!?!!? Thanks

Can't I just lower the graphic settings for the program so I can still use it?
I am wondering if it would be possible for u to make this algorithm-like function customizable. What i ask is that we should be able to implement our own styles so not every world build would have the same terrain type. This could also make edits more interesting and colorful.
And please tell me that ur gonna release it soon..

Wow Cromon this is looking better and better, i can't wait to see what you have for us next. I use Noggit atm but i keep getting so many Error 132 (Corrupted ADT) that it almost makes me want to give up, i hope this project goes a long way. Good luck!
I'm having a problem that's driving me insane. I have unloaded everything from the launcher, and I have all the files. I open YiasEditDX.exe, and it says I don't have a WTF folder with Config.wtf.
I followed the directions, and nothing. I keep getting the same error. Please help me!

EDIT: Fixed. But how do I put terrain? What keys and stuff. I figured out most of the stuff, I'm just not sure why it won't go on there.

"Random"-texturing is now pretty much done, as you can see in the following picture. I need to fix some minor stuff in the saving algorithm and after that ill improve the terrainchanging with some more algorithms. Afterwards i think ill make the models.

About textures. When i paint a full adt some chunks don't allow texture change. I haven't locked them it just wont let me paint. Any ideas? need more info?
Those are the chunks that already have 4 different textures applied. Sadly wow doesnt allow more. You may need to specify a layer that should be overwritten with the new texture.

I've tried, even overwriting... They layer doesn't change textures for me, even using a layer that doesn't have texture like some chunks next to roads are... Won't let me work...
